Privacy Policy

Willow Wellness is built around a simple premise: your reflections, check-ins, and growth are yours. This policy explains what the app collects, where it is stored, who it is shared with, and what we do not do with it.

Information We Collect

Willow Wellness collects only the data needed to operate your account and the features you choose to use:

• Account information — an email address and authentication credentials, used to sign you in and sync your data across devices.
• Your journal and practice data — daily check-ins, breath session records (pattern and duration), gratitude entries, Mirror Work entries (the prompt shown and the text you write), and your preferences (such as reminder time).
• Push notification tokens — if you enable notifications, a device token so we can deliver reminders and, in Couples Mode, partner-activity alerts.
• Couples Mode data — if you pair with a partner, a limited set of derived growth values (such as consistency, streak, and stage) is shared with your partner to render the shared tree. Your private journal and Mirror Work text is never shared with your partner.
• Subscription status — if you purchase a subscription, your purchase and entitlement status, managed through Apple and our subscription provider.

We do not collect location data, advertising identifiers, or behavioral analytics about how you use the app.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate the app: to authenticate you, sync and display your own history and progress, deliver notifications you have enabled, power Couples Mode, and manage your subscription. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or machine-learning model training.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Account and synced app data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase (a hosted PostgreSQL platform) on our behalf. Access is restricted by per-user security rules so that you can read and write only your own data. Notification delivery uses the Expo push service. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider.

Third-Party Services

We share data only with the service providers required to run the app, and only to the extent needed:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Expo — push notification delivery (device token only, when notifications are enabled).
• Apple — payment processing for subscriptions purchased through the App Store.
• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management (keyed to an anonymized account identifier).

We do not sell your data, and we do not include advertising networks or third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the app.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can clear your in-app data at any time via Settings → Reset all data. To delete your account and the data associated with it, contact us at the address below and we will remove it. Leaving or ending a couple removes the shared growth data associated with that pairing.

Your Rights

• View all your entries inside the Profile tab.
• Clear your data via Settings → Reset all data.
• Request account and data deletion by contacting us.
• Disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Children

Willow Wellness is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
